Use of Raresquare Studio

As part of our website and social media pages, you will be asked to submit personal data on ordering the product. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. You are obliged to treat your access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties. Raresquare Studio reserves the right to refuse the orders without giving reasons.

You indemnify Raresquare Studio completely of any claim by third parties on first demand. Raresquare Studio is not responsible for any type of loss resulting from late, damaged or canceled delivery of any products.

Raresquare Studio reserves the right to issue a warning, to terminate your product order, or to modify or delete content you have submitted, if you violate any of the provisions. Any claims for damages by Raresquare Studio remain unaffected.

PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES

For orders the prices which are listed at the time of your order on our website or on WhatsApp will apply. These prices are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges if applicable will be mentioned on our website.

PAYMENTS

Raresquare Studio offers PayTM, Gpay, UPI, and other Mobile Wallets as payment options. Customers who are not able to pay using these payment methods can contact our customer care for alternate payment methods.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is done by our network of courier partners across India. We can deliver to most addresses in India. Remote places and villages where courier partners do not provide delivery may be served by India Post subject to their availability.

Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. Customers must enter the complete delivery address where they wish to deliver the product when checking out. It is your responsibility that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.

In cases of force majeure, shipping duration may increase within reason. Force majeure shall include strike, exclusion, official intervention, energy or resource scarcity, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning, or any other unforeseeable business complications for which raresquarestudio.com cannot be held responsible.

It is the responsibility of the user to record an unboxing video when the user receives the parcel. This is essential in case of any delivery issues, as we cannot assist with recovery without it. Ensure the video clearly shows the AWB number on the sticker.

LIABILITIES

Raresquare Studio is not liable for any type of physical, financial, or any other type of loss arising from late, damaged, or canceled delivery of products.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We believe in providing the best quality products. In case you have any complaints or issues, please contact us on our WhatsApp number or our email address mentioned. All customer queries will be responded in 2 working days.

IMAGE RIGHTS

All rights to use imagery on Raresquare Studio's social media page and website lie with Raresquare Studio or our partners. The use of the material – in whatever form – is prohibited unless explicit permission from raresquarestudio.com has been granted.

Refund policy

Raresquare Studio is not held responsible for any refund request after the order is received by the customer. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

You can cancel the product within 24 hours of the order being placed via our Whatsapp platform or E-mail.
