What is difference between Poster and Digital File?
Poster
Poster is a printed form of Mosaic Art on premium quality photo paper, which will be delivered to your location with proper packaging. That poster can be directly used for framing.
Digital File
A Digital File is a high-quality image file of your mosaic art. We will mail you that file and you can print poster using that file at any local printing shop, color lab, or photo studio. Once it is printed, you can frame it at a local frame shop.
Note: The image quality of the Digital file will depend upon the print size of the mosaic you select. For example, if you select M size mosaic digital file then that file would be suitable for only A2 size paper print
Which will be better Poster or digital file?
A poster is a better option if you want direct delivery of printed posters to your location with our FREE delivery service all over India.
Digital files are best suited for urgent delivery of mosaic art. A major advantage of digital files is that you can receive them within two days of ordering them. After receiving it, you can immediately print and frame it at your place.
Would I also get digital file if I order poster?
No, you will not get a digital file with a poster. If you want a digital file then you have to select Digital + Poster and pay some extra amount for that file.
Do you sell frame with the poster?
As of now, we are selling only posters and framing is done by the customers at their place.
How much time does it take for receiving a product after placing an order?
• It takes around 2-3 business days to prepare the samples and it will be shared on your WhatsApp number.
• For digital file, the main file will be shared immediately on your E-mail address after getting confirmation of sample shared from the customer's side.
• For the printed poster, it will be shipped within 1-2 days after confirmation and it will take around 7-10 days for delivery depending on your pin code.
What if I want to make changes in my design?
You can ask us to make changes until we didn’t give it for
final printing or production, but after printing or production, we are not able to make any changes or customize anything.
How could I know whether my product has been designed properly?
• We always share the sample on your Whatsapp or E-mail address before moving further for printing.
• If you find any issues, we are happy to make any doable changes before giving it for printing.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept returns as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.
Important note: For damage return, we will need an unboxing video as proof.
Can I add another print to my order after making payment?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot add any more items to your order. However, since we do offer free shipping, feel free to place a new order with your desired item as soon as is convenient for you!
I’ve received a different product to the one I ordered. What do I do?
This doesn’t happen often, but if you happen to receive a different product to the one you ordered, please contact us via our whatsapp handle or E-mail within two weeks of receiving your order, and we will arrange a redelivery for the correct items.
Can I change my chosen delivery address?
Yes! You can update your delivery address at any time within 6 hours of placing your order. You can do this via WhatsApp or E-mail immediately after placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address once your order has already been shipped.
I have entered the wrong contact information. Can I change it?
Yes! Update your name, delivery address, phone number or email address at any time within 6 hours of placing your order. You can either do this via our Whatsapp or E-mail handles immediately after placing your order.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change your name, delivery address, phone number, or email address once your order has already been shipped.

How can I share the pictures?
You can share on our WhatsApp number or share us via E-mail: info.raresquare@gmail.com.
You can also share Google Photos or any cloud storage links.
Which type of picture should I choose for main picture?
For the main picture, select a photo with clear, large, and bright face portions. Try avoiding group photos or single-colored plain backgrounds. Any size may be good for a portrait but if possible then a high-quality image is recommended.
Do photos will be repetitive and cropped in the mosaic poster?
Yes.
As we create a real mosaic effect without the image overlaying, so we need to adjust your images as per the color combination of the main picture. We have limited color options from all of your provided images. So, for that, sometimes we need to crop, rotate, resize, and repeat your images to set according to the main image color combination.
How many photos are required?
We do not restrict to any number of images, you can share as many as you can. Remember more the photos, the more beautiful will be the mosaic effect. Our minimum recommendation is 100-150 photos. If you don't have even 100 photos then kindly contact us we will try to manage with less number of images as well.
Can I print digital file in any size of my choice?
No. A digital file is designed based on the size the client selects. If the client prints a M-size digital file in a L-size poster, the quality will be pixelated and blurry.
Why digital file is blurry and not clear on my mobile?
Digital file will not load properly on your mobile phone or on your email app, so please download it and open it on a desktop/laptop, please note that it is not designed for mobile/laptop use. It is designed specifically for printing purposes. So don't worry if the picture seems blurry, you will get the best quality once it has been printed.
Can I customize the background of my choice?
• Yes, you can share your ideas on our contact details (WhatsApp or E-Mail) and we will be happy to design a customized poster for you.
• Note: Extra charges may apply for personalized customization.
Is STARMAP authentic?
Our STARMAP is authenticated under the DE430 ephemeris, which is produced by NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in California. NASA uses this to guide their space missions to their intended destinations, so it is astonishingly accurate.
