How can I share the pictures?

Which type of picture should I provide for mosaic poster?
You can send DSLR Shots, Random Shots, Selfies, Couple Pics, OLD Photos, etc. that may include your family, friends, partner, pets, or anyone whom you want to include into to mosaic poster with yourself.
Try to send fewer group photos because too many faces won’t be clearly visible in the mosaic poster.
Do photos will be repetitive and cropped in the mosaic poster?
Yes.
As we create a real mosaic effect without the image overlaying, so we need to adjust your images as per the color combination of the main picture. We have limited color options from all of your provided images. So, for that, sometimes we need to crop, adjust, resize, and repeat your images to set according to the main image color combination.
How many photos are required?
We do not restrict with any numbers of images, you can share as many as you can. Remember more the photos, the more beautiful will be the mosaic effect.
Our recommendation:
For small: 25-150*
For Medium: 35-200*
For Large: 50-250*
For X-Large: 80-350*
(*Above shows the recommended range of images but you can share unlimited, as many as you can.)
What will be the material of the print?
Posters are printed on premium photo paper with excellent color quality and detail.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.
Important note: For damage return, we will need an unboxing video as proof.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as it’s a personalized product.
If I buy a soft copy then how would you send us?
After payment, do share an order ID on WhatsApp or E-mail.
Within 2-3 days, we will share the sample on your Whatsapp number or E-mail.
After finalization, we will share the high-quality soft copy via e-mail or cloud services.
What is soft copy and how can we print it?
Soft copy is a High-resolution image of your poster. You can download that file and print it at any local printing shop, color lab, or photo studio. Once it is printed, you can frame it at a local frame shop. You can contact us for more information on how to print and frame.
How much time does it take for receiving a product after placing an order?
It takes around 2-3 business days to prepare the samples and it will be shared on your WhatsApp number.
For softcopy, the main file will be shared on your E-mail address after confirmation.
For the printed poster or frame, it will be shipped within 1-2 days after confirmation and it will take around 7-10 days for delivery depending on your pin code.
Do you provide frames with posters?
No, as of now we have not launched posters with frames but shortly we will launch with different frame sizes and packaging.
Within how many days I can cancel my order?
You can cancel the order within 3 days of your order placing date. You cannot cancel the order once the product is printed after your confirmation and ready to ship.
How much time product will take to get delivered?

Is Raresquare Studio's STARMAP authentic?
Our STARMAP is authenticated under the DE430 ephemeris, which is produced by NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in California. NASA uses this to guide their space missions to their intended destinations, so it is astonishingly accurate.
